If you have seen Titanic and loved every
bit of the movie, you will like it even more if you were to watch the 3D version
of the movie. Titanic which won 11 Oscars and appreciation from movie buffs,
critics and film makes all over the world, is certainly worth watching in 3D.
The manner in which Jack Dawson (Leonardo Dicaprio) wins the ticket for the
Titanic, the heart touching romantic sequences, the sight of a huge ship
sinking in cold water and the way the historical mishap has been shot is hard
to forget. Titanic in 3D is very subtle and fine tuned in a manner that will
appeal to everyone. In fact, if there’s any movie that could have been as
exciting and worth seeing in 3D it is undoubtedly Titanic.
In the 3D version of Titanic, you will
simply love watching the sequences where someone looks over the deck,
especially the scene where Rose decides to commit suicide. It is exceptionally
thrilling to watch this movie in 3D for all the scenes appear even more
magnetising and captivating. In fact, during the second half of the movie,
especially when the boat is going down into the water, the special effects are
simply marvellous. Even the costumes worn by the characters of the movie will
appear more refined and it’s fun to watch Rose (Kate Winslet) and Jack reprising
their roles again.
As far as Titanic’s story is concerned, you
already know it for the 2D version created ripples across the globe. However, here’s
a recap of the movie. Paxton and his team are on an underwater exploration
where they are looking for the remaining parts of shipwrecked Titanic, looking
for the Heart of the Ocean pendant. It is then that the owner of the pendant
(Rose) appears and claims that the pendant belonged to her. Rose, who is now
close to hundred years old, shares her survival story with the crew.
She recalls the worst, yet in many ways her
good times spent on the Titanic and recounts the day in April 1912 when the
Titanic sank. She tells them about how she meets Jack and how he helps her
discover herself and makes her fall in love with him.
All of you who are thinking about why you
should watch Titanic in 3D, I would say - watch the 3D version at least once.
It has some amazing special effects and the fact that all the scenes are now in
3D is reason enough to watch this movie all over again!
