This is the 56th
match of the fifth season of IPL and at this stage; all the top rated teams are
looking for the opportunity to get qualified in the playoffs. In this match, Rajasthan Royals and
Chennai Super Kings will play against each
other and both are aiming for the playoffs. The match will be played at Sawai
Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur and it will commence at 8.00 PM sharp.
Being in the 5th position in the
tally, Rajasthan Royals is also looking to get the fourth position in the
playoffs list along with its other competitors- Royal Challengers Bangalore,
Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab. So today, they have to bag a win
against Chennai to confirm their fourth position. Initially, Shah and Rahane
were outstanding but as this IPL progressed, they were lagging in their
performance but now Australian veteran Shane Watson’s arrival graced the team
performance because at present Watson is in his regular explosive form to give
a big hit to the team score. Watson needs a good support from Shah, Rahane and
of course from Captain Dravid. The bowling squad is quite efficient to restrict
the opponent. In their last match against Pune, the team got a fabulous victory
by 7 wickets and they are ready to continue on the same winning streak.
Chennai Super Kings on the
other hand, is literally struggling to get qualified in the playoffs. This
season, they have repeatedly failed to prove their efficiency in spite of the
presence of a number of star cricketers. Among the 11 team players, eight are
good batsmen but apart from Badrinath and Pleiss, none of the players marked
fabulous records in this season. Dhoni and Raina have not yet given their
explosive performance. All rounder Albie Morkel has been quite successful but
the team needs to sort out their previous mistakes before getting in the field
tonight to get a victory over Rajasthan.
With a lot of tension
tonight in this second match of the day for getting the fourth position of the DLF IPL Standings
2012, both the teams are ready
to add color to this pink city in front of the huge Rajasthan crowd. Here are
the probable team players for both the teams:

Botha, Ashok Menaria, Stuart Binny, Ankeet Chavan, Dishant Yagnik (wk), Shaun
Tait, Siddharth Trivedi.
