PREVIEW: MUMBAI INDIANS Vs PUNE WARRIORS

After a striking victory in the first match of the team and in the inaugural match of IPL 2012 against 2011 IPL champion Chennai Super Kings by 8 wickets, Mumbai Indians will try its best to keep its form throughout the league to win the championship trophy of IPL 2012. Tomorrow, on April 6, Mumbai Indians will face Pune Warriors at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai at 4.00 PM sharp.
It will again be an exciting match to watch because Mumbai is in a better side this time, whereas the youngest team of IPL, Pune Warriors will try its level best not to repeat the same mistakes as previous year. Mumbai team has a strong batting and bowling line up with some of the outstanding world class players in the team. The team under the guidance of Shaun Pollock and leadership of Harbhajan Singh is a great squad to defend any team.
Although, Pune Warriors had given a disappointing performance record in IPL 2011, this time, there is high probability that the team can turn the tables any time because its team players will enjoy the captaincy of the former Indian captain, Saurav Ganguly. Under the captaincy of this well experienced cricketer, Pune team will try to perform well tomorrow to win over Mumbai. With a number of good international players in the team, the only drawback for Pune team is its local players who are not that experienced except a few like Robin Uthappa, Manish Pandel and Rahul Sharma. Sachin Tendulkar has suffered an injury on the first match and so his presence in this second match is not yet confirmed. This can be an additional advantage for Pune Warriors. But, among all its high tension moments, this team will surely miss its former captain, Yuvraj Singh who is away from the team for his ailment.
So only 24 hours to go and the last ball of the match will decide whether Mumbai Indians will come up with its expected victory or Pune Warriors will explode under new captaincy to make striking records in this league.
